Coffee Shop Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Manager to take the lead at one of our coffee shops. At Original Coffee, we serve good coffee – and we believe that good coffee and a good service creates an experience – the Original Coffee experience. Who are we?

Original Coffee is a fast-growing company and therefore we need more talented people to join our team. We have 21 coffee shops based around in Copenhagen and our coffee shops invites our guests to find calm, focus, and connection with themselves and others.

At Original Coffee our mission is to create an experience from the moment our guests step into our coffee shops. The experience, which we call the ‘OC experience’, is defined by our exceptional coffee and great service - key elements we consider equally important.

Your role as Manager

As a Manager at Original Coffee, you will be responsible for:

• Being an ambassador for our values and fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both our guests and baristas.
• Leading, developing, and motivating the team to perform at their best.
• Overseeing daily operations e.g. inventory management and reduce waist.
• Managing shift planning, vacation plans, and possible changes due to e.g. sickness.
• Hire new baristas, host staff meetings and 1:1with baristas.
• Ensuring and following up on e.g. daily cleaning routines.
• Driving sales initiatives and working on continuous optimization.

We’re looking for someone who…

• Has leadership experience, preferably from the Coffee shop, or the food and beverage industry.
• Is passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Can maintain an overview also during our fast-paced environment.
• Is an inspiring leader who thrives on lead by example, developing others and building a strong team.
• Pays attention to detail and focuses on both quality and efficiency.
