As an Insurance Fraud Investigator, you’ll take ownership of complex cases, conducting on-the-ground investigations and gathering critical evidence through surveillance, interviews, and analysis. This role is best suited for independent, detail-oriented, Spanish-speaking professionals who excel in dynamic field environments and are committed to delivering results that drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate insurance claims that may involve fraud by reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, and collecting supporting evidence.
- Perform on-site visits and field surveillance to verify reported details and assess claim legitimacy.
- Identify inconsistencies or patterns that indicate potential misrepresentation.
- Prepare structured investigation plans and follow through with efficient execution.
- Draft clear and concise reports that summarize findings and support recommendations.
- Maintain open communication with team members and clients to provide case updates.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism throughout every stage of the investigation.
- Frequent travel throughout the Orlando area and surrounding states is expected.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of investigative experience, preferably in insurance fraud and SIU work.
- A background in law enforcement, the military, or a similar investigative field is highly valued.
- Experience with interviewing techniques and evidence gathering.
- Ability to manage a workload independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment with a flexible schedule.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Based in Orlando, FL – must reside locally or be willing to relocate prior to starting
