About the Role


As an Administrative Executive at Origin Medical Research Lab, you must realize the set Business Objectives of the Company by effectively managing the Administrative Functions of the company and ensuring the optimum utilization of human resources, statutory compliance, and maintaining an employee-friendly environment. You will be working with all the Departments at Origin Medical Research Lab, Management Consultants, Government Agencies, Employers’ Associations, Manpower Contractors, Hospitals and health institutions, employees family members. 


What will you do?


Office Management : 

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 
  • Plan and organize office events.
  • Coordinate and manage inventory.
  • Housekeeping and Security Management
  • Pantry Management
  • Cafeteria Management
  • Ensuring office cleanliness and premises maintenance


Vendor Management: 

  • Coordinating with vendors in a timely manner for ongoing projects.
  • Record-keeping and documentation: 
  • Assist staff in the preparation of certificates, reports, and other documents. 


Support finance and accounting activities:

  • Support in the purchase of office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain and organize purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. 


HR and administrative support: 

  • Manage travel arrangements for the team.
  • Ensure understanding and compliance with office policies and local regulations.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires and the coordination of employee benefits. 


Who are we looking for? 


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualifications. 
  • 2+ years of experience in office management and administrative roles.
  • Converse with locals and vendors in the local language efficiently i.e., Hindi and Kannada.
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively written and verbally in English.
  • Able to use office management software like MS Office tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiently.
  • An emotionally well-balanced individual with effective negotiation skills, active listening skills, and is ability to uphold confidentiality. 
  • A person with a can-do approach who can work well under pressure and manage emergencies efficiently.
  • Highly organized individual who is reliable and resourceful with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
