Position- Psychologist
Role description:
This role combines client account management with applied psychology practice. The psychologist will use their academic training to support both individuals and organizations through structured mental health services, workplace interventions, and evidence-based engagement programs. The position also provides exposure to organizational psychology while continuing to apply core clinical skills in real settings, including managing clients across aviation, shipping, IT, and manufacturing sectors, ranging from organizations of ~1,000 to 20,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
Manage 10+ active client accounts delivering mental health programs and services
Work with organizations across aviation, shipping, IT, and manufacturing industries (1,000–20,000 employees)
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
Understand organizational needs and align interventions accordingly
Counseling & Wellbeing Support
Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions
Perform emotional health check-ins for employees
Identify risk concerns and recommend appropriate interventions
Training & Engagement
Design and deliver training workshops on psychological wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
Facilitate group engagement sessions during onsite visits
Support organizational awareness initiatives and wellbeing campaigns
Reporting & Communication
Prepare detailed psychological and engagement reports
Create and present leadership-level presentations with insights and recommendations
Track program outcomes and suggest improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (counseling, organizational interventions, or mental health programs)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai)
