Position: Organizational Psychologist
Department: Customer Success and Provider Relations
Location: West Delhi (Paschim Vihar West)
Salary - 25k to 30k
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Organizational Psychologist to join our Customer Success and Provider Relations team. This role plays a key part in improving organizational effectiveness, enhancing customer and provider experiences, resolving workplace and stakeholder challenges, and supporting business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in organizational psychology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to apply psychological principles to improve relationships, performance, and operational outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Success
- Develop a strong understanding of customer and provider needs, expectations, and organizational challenges.
- Apply organizational psychology principles to enhance satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Design and analyze feedback mechanisms to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide tailored psychological insights to support customer and provider success.
Client & Provider Issue Resolution
- Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts between clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify root causes of organizational and interpersonal issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Use evidence-based psychological techniques to manage conflict, reduce stress, and improve collaboration.
Business & Organizational Development
- Collaborate with business development teams to support growth initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Use organizational behavior insights to improve processes, team dynamics, and performance outcomes.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to support new partnerships and organizational initiatives.
Provider Onboarding & Development
- Design and manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new providers.
- Assess readiness, engagement, and alignment of providers with organizational values and expectations.
- Work closely with training teams to deliver onboarding, orientation, and organizational development programs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology / Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Relevant experience in organizational psychology, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, or customer success.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative environments.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience using data and insights to guide organizational decisions.
- Experience in onboarding, training, or organizational development is an added advantage.
