Job Title: Manager – Organisation Development📍 Location: Bandra (E), Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Organisation Development to drive strategic HR initiatives and strengthen organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals, enhancing employee performance, and building a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement OKR, KPI, and KRA frameworks across the organization
- Lead goal setting and performance management systems
- Drive training & development initiatives and capability building programs
- Plan and execute succession planning strategies for leadership pipeline
- Strengthen employer branding to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Implement and manage Employee Balanced Scorecard (EBC)
- Collaborate with leadership for talent acquisition strategies
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Key Requirements:- 8–10 years of experience in Organisation Development / HR Strategy
- Strong expertise in performance management, OD frameworks, and talent management
- Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of modern HR tools and analytics
- Experience in driving organizational change and transformation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
