What we are looking for
Role: Organizational Change Management
Experience Range: 5 to 7 Years
Location: Chennai/Bangalore
Must Have:
- Strong expertise in OCM frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with end-user adoption of digital tools (ITSM, AI, Chatbots, Automation, Workplace tools)
- Ability to translate complex change into simple, user-focused messaging
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) or in‑app guidance tools
- Ability to analyze adoption metrics, usage data, and sentiment feedback
- Experience defining adoption KPIs, dashboards, and success measures
- Strong storytelling and executive‑level communication skills
- Experience creating persona‑based change approaches
- Ability to manage resistance and drive behavioral change at scale
Essential:
- Ensure successful adoption and sustained usage of new processes, tools, and ways of working
- Minimize resistance and disruption during transformation initiatives
- Accelerate time‑to‑value for business and technology changes
- Proactively anticipate change impacts and readiness gaps
- Own the end‑to‑end change journey from early strategy through post‑go‑live stabilization
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
