Responsibilities

• Own and support end-to-end organisational change management activities across business and technology initiatives.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify adoption risks and mitigation plans.
• Define and track change success metrics to measure adoption and effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to embed change practices.
• Develop and manage communication plans, including leadership messaging, announcements, and FAQs.
• Identify resistance points and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Design and support training strategies, learning materials, and user enablement sessions.
• Support end users through transitions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor adoption post go-live and continuously improve change approaches.
  
  

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Organisational Change Management or change enablement roles.
• Strong understanding of change frameworks.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, system implementations, or process changes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
• Bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
