Responsibilities
- Own and support end-to-end organisational change management activities across business and technology initiatives.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify adoption risks and mitigation plans.
- Define and track change success metrics to measure adoption and effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to embed change practices.
- Develop and manage communication plans, including leadership messaging, announcements, and FAQs.
- Identify resistance points and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Design and support training strategies, learning materials, and user enablement sessions.
- Support end users through transitions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor adoption post go-live and continuously improve change approaches.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Organisational Change Management or change enablement roles.
- Strong understanding of change frameworks.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, system implementations, or process changes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
- Bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
