Our client is a D2C Wellness Brand. We are hiring an Organic Growth & Revenue Manager whose primary mandate is to build and scale organic demand that translates into measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Demand Strategy
Own and execute organic growth across Instagram and YouTube by building authority-driven and problem-led content. Align content with customer awareness stages and focus on scalable, high-intent themes that bring in the right audience.
Revenue-Focused Content Execution
Create and publish content designed to influence purchase intent over time. Repurpose high-performing paid creatives into organic formats, develop long-form content for trust-building, and maintain consistent output across platforms.
Performance & Revenue Tracking
Track and analyze organic revenue, direct traffic, branded search trends, and assisted conversions. Identify which content drives business outcomes and double down on high-performing themes and formats.
Cross-Channel Alignment
Work closely with performance marketing and SEO teams to strengthen retargeting, improve brand recall, align with search demand, and reduce overall customer acquisition cost.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in organic growth, content-led growth, or social distribution roles in D2C or e-commerce brands.
Proven experience growing organic traffic that translated into revenue.
Strong understanding of Platform algorithms, Retention hooks, Demand creation frameworks.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking revenue dashboards.
