Job Summary
Unicorn Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Organic Certification & TraceNet Executive to handle organic certification activities, TraceNet documentation, organic transaction records, audit preparation and day-to-day coordination with certification bodies.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in organic food certification, TraceNet, NPOP/NOP documentation, spices, herbs or food processing will be preferred.
Freshers with good computer skills, documentation ability and a strong willingness to learn quickly are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organic Certification
- Handle documentation related to NPOP and NOP organic certification.
- Coordinate with Organic Certification Bodies for certification, renewal, scope addition and related activities.
- Maintain updated organic scope certificates and supporting records.
2. TraceNet Operations
- Handle day-to-day TraceNet operations and documentation.
- Maintain and update organic product and transaction information in TraceNet.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, inward, production, processing, stock and dispatch records required for TraceNet.
- Coordinate TraceNet documentation for organic raw materials and finished products.
3. Organic Audit Handling
- Prepare documentation for NPOP/NOP organic certification and surveillance audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and certification bodies before, during and after audits.
- Keep all organic records audit-ready.
4. Organic Traceability & Mass Balance
- Maintain complete traceability from:

Assist the QA/Export team with organic documentation required for export shipments, including:
- Organic Scope Certificate
- Transaction Certificates
- Product and batch details
- Organic declarations
Qualification
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. – Agriculture
- B.Sc./M.Sc. – Food Science / Food Technology
- B.Tech – Food Technology
- B.Sc./M.Sc. – Microbiology / Biotechnology / Chemistry
- B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture
- Any relevant graduate qualification with an interest in Organic Certification and Food Compliance
Experience
Fresher to 3 Years
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
- Organic food processing
- NPOP / NOP certification
- TraceNet operations
- Organic certification audits
- Spices & herbs industry
- Export-oriented food manufacturing
- Organic Transaction Certificates
Freshers are welcome if they are quick learners with strong documentation, computer and communication skills.
Required Skills
The candidate should have:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication
- Strong documentation and record-maintenance skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to follow up with suppliers and certification agencies
- Willingness to learn TraceNet, NPOP and NOP requirements
- Ability to prepare and maintain audit documentation independently after training
