Loan Servicing Representative

Provides loan servicing to members including processing loan payments, updating accounts, answering inquiries, and completing loan-related transactions. Provides superior member service. Identifies and resolves member issues and concerns and takes appropriate action to satisfy the member. Complies with credit union policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations. Identifies potential opportunities to sell appropriate products and services to the member. Maintains confidentiality of member information. Participates in branch activities as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
