Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Orders Pick & Packer role based in Coimbatore. The Orders Pick & Packer will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory based on order lists, checking product codes, sizes, and quantities, and preparing items for packing. The role includes neatly packing loungewear and apparel, labeling packages correctly, and ensuring that orders are ready for dispatch within set timelines. The individual will help maintain organized storage areas, restock shelves, and assist with periodic inventory counts. The role may also involve coordinating with the warehouse, quality control, and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies and support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow order lists accurately, with strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills.
- Experience in order picking, packing, or general warehouse operations, preferably in apparel, fashion, or e-commerce.
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, move between aisles, and lift light to moderate packages safely.
- Strong organizational skills, including maintaining orderly racks, shelves, and packing stations.
- Basic familiarity with warehouse tools or systems (such as barcode scanners, handheld devices, or simple inventory software) is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team, communicate clearly with supervisors and co-workers, and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Coimbatore and adapt to production schedules and peak-season workloads.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced fulfillment, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
