Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Processing Specialist located in Bhiwandi. The Order Processing Specialist will manage and execute tasks related to purchase orders, sales order processing, and overall order management. Responsibilities include ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the order process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Purchase Orders, Sales Order Processing, and Order Management
- Experience in Order Processing with attention to accuracy and timeliness
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for order and inventory management
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an asset)
