Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle order processing, customer coordination, data management, and MIS reporting activities. The role requires strong accuracy, follow-up skills, and coordination with customers as well as internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and process compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & Commercial Verification
- Process customer orders accurately in the company CRM/system
- Verify Purchase Orders against submitted quotations before processing
- Identify and highlight any deviations, discrepancies, incorrect pricing, quantity mismatch, or unacceptable terms and conditions in the PO
- Ensure order entries are complete, accurate, and properly documented
Customer Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with customers through calls and emails for order clarification, pending details, and issue resolution
- Ensure smooth communication and timely updates regarding order status
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain strong coordination throughout the order cycle
Data Entry, MIS & Reporting
- Maintain and update customer, order, and transaction data accurately in CRM / ERP systems
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, order trackers, pending reports, and status updates
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updating of records
- Support management with reports and operational summaries whenever required
Internal Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics, stores, and operations teams for smooth order execution
- Follow up internally for dispatches, invoicing, documentation, and pending activities
- Ensure proper communication flow between departments to avoid delays or execution errors
