About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling e-commerce enablement firm operating at the intersection of global logistics and digital commerce, we empower brands to process, fulfill, and scale cross-border orders with precision and speed. Our team thrives in a high-volume, tech-driven environment where accuracy, agility, and customer obsession are non-negotiable. We’re building the backend muscle for tomorrow’s global merchants — and we need sharp, detail-oriented Order Processing Executives to power it.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Verify order details, stock availability, pricing, and customer information before dispatch coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery SLAs
- Resolve order discrepancies, cancellations, and returns by liaising with customer service and logistics partners
- Maintain real-time order tracking dashboards and escalate high-priority or at-risk orders proactively
- Generate daily/weekly order reports and identify process bottlenecks for operational improvement
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Order Management Systems (OMS) like TradeGecko, Ordoro, or similar
- E-commerce platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify Admin
- Inventory tracking & stock reconciliation
- Order fulfillment workflows (pick-pack-ship)
- Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting)
- ERP basics (Tally, Zoho, or NetSuite exposure preferred)
- Strong attention to detail & data accuracy
Preferred
- Experience with logistics APIs (Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC)
- Knowledge of cross-border order compliance (customs, duties, GST)
- Basic SQL for order data querying
