🚀 Job Title: Senior Engineer – Manhattan MIF / ProActive
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Manhattan Active Omni to join our team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting omni-channel order management solutions, along with building robust system integrations.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support omni-channel order management solutions
- Work extensively on Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) and ProActive features
- Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical, business, and consumer-related issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Expertise in Manhattan Active platform solutions
- Hands-on experience with:
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- Integration experience using APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., IBM webMethods)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Strong experience with Manhattan Active Omni (preferred) or similar platforms
- Experience with integration platforms and API development
- Familiarity with systems like SAP IS is a plus

- Experience with:
- Snowflake
- Tableau
- SQL & reporting tools (SCI reporting)
