The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to process incoming complex orders, review contracts and work in Oracle and Chronos systems. On a daily basis, you will work very closely with different business partner teams such as Sales, Accounting, and the COE Support team to ensure all orders are processed successfully and accurately. A successful candidate will be a self-reliant, conscientious problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Experience processing the sale order entry of customer purchase orders in an ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, SFDC)
- Possess understanding of basic order transaction requirements around hardware, service, subscriptions & credits
- Ability to move quickly thorough numerous order entry steps, utilizing various systems simultaneously (SFDC, Oracle), with accuracy while paying close attention to detail and quality
- Ability to review contracts – calling out non-standard terms
- Ability to work in a case queue environment and manage multiple cases efficiently
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment, and respond to new orders or change orders quickly
- Investigate and resolve order related discrepancies
- Flexibility to be available for extended hours and occasional weekend work during end of quarter and other high-volume periods
- Prior experience with SalesForce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Proficient in basic Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and Windows functions
- Assist in special projects that may arise
- Identify recurring order management issues and participate in team discussions and contribute suggestions to improve processes, business practices, and tools
- Sense of humor is essential
Required Qualification: BE/BTech, MCA, BCA
Relevant Experience of 3-8 years on Order Management
