🔹 #Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Order Management, Pricing, and Invoicing activities
• Work on Salesforce (SFDC) for quoting, order processing, and supply chain operations
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce through validation rules and data audits
• Coordinate with stakeholders for demand/supply planning
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Provide guidance and support to customers when required
🔹 #Requirements:
• 2 – 4+ years of experience in Business Operations / Supply Chain / Order Management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
• Strong English communication skills
• BRIM knowledge is an added advantage
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
