The B2B & E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist owns daily order processing across Shopify, Amazon, and B2B channels. The role is highly operational and requires coordination with inventory systems, warehouses, 3PL partners, and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management (Shopify + Amazon + B2B)
- Process and manage orders from Shopify storefronts, Amazon Seller Central, distributors, and direct hospital customers
- Monitor Shopify orders and ensure accurate sync with ERP or inventory systems
- Manage order flow across multiple channels and fulfillment locations
- Coordinate pick, pack, and ship activities with internal warehouse teams and 3PL partners
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays, shipment issues, or order discrepancies
Amazon Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations in Amazon Seller Central
- Create and monitor FBA inbound shipments
- Track FBA inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Investigate and resolve Amazon inventory discrepancies, stranded inventory, or case issues
Shopify & E-Commerce Platform Support
- Monitor Shopify order flow and customer transactions
- Ensure correct pricing, shipping rules, and order data accuracy
- Coordinate with the marketing or website team when order issues arise
- Support Shopify integrations with ERP, inventory systems, or fulfillment partners
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Track inventory across ERP systems, Shopify, Amazon FBA, and 3PL warehouses
- Coordinate replenishment and inventory transfers
- Monitor inventory accuracy across channels
- Manage returns, replacements, and reverse logistics
Accounts Receivable Support
- Support invoicing and accounts receivable tracking for B2B customers
- Monitor outstanding balances and aging reports
- Follow up professionally on overdue invoices
- Coordinate with finance and sales to resolve billing discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or operations
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience managing orders through Shopify
- Experience supporting B2B order fulfillment (distributors, enterprise customers, or hospitals)
- Experience with any ERP system (experience with Cin7 is a major plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
