Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Entry Specialist based in Mumbai. The Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and managing purchase orders, processing customer orders, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Day-to-day tasks include order management, customer service, and maintaining organized records. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving any order discrepancies and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Order Entry, Order Processing, and Order Management tasks
- Experience in handling Purchase Orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in using order management software and tools is preferred
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
