Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Coordinator based in Hyderabad. The Order Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, coordinating with internal teams to maintain an efficient supply chain, and proactively addressing order-related inquiries. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in order processing, tracking, and coordinating fulfillment activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with clients and teams
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
