Position: Order Clerks (Operations Support)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $7-$11/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 Weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Handle order entry and processing tasks with high accuracy
- Review and manage order details, documentation, and records
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and updates
- Create simple, real-world scenarios based on order workflows
- Check for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of orders
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in order processing, back-office operations, or administrative support
- Basic understanding of order workflows, fulfillment, and coordination
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Strong data entry and accuracy skills
- Knowledge of documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Familiarity with supply chain or logistics processes
