Position Summary
ORBA’s Marketing Department is seeking to hire a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database Administrator who will be integral in the development, training and maintenance of our new CRM system. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the departments, directors and staff. This will be a contract position that will be from April through June.
Essential Job Functions
- Work closely with the COO and Directors of IT and Marketing to develop, maintain and administer the CRM system.
- Maintain the data integrity within the system, including:
- Review and accept updates and new data entries on both prospects and clients made by all employees.
- Task management related to CRM opportunities, including:
- Assist directors with CRM pipeline management, including follow-up with them on leads and open opportunities.
- Managing the client intake and attrition process
- Individual follow-ups via phone and email when required.
- Client acceptance
- Review incoming onboarding requests for accuracy
- Follow up with onboarding requests that have missing information.
- Realization
- Build CRM reports (K-Reports).
- Training
- Provide initial training to new CRM users.
- Function as a resource for CRM assistance.
- CRM platform maintenance
- Work with IT and the CRM vendor on necessary updates, upgrades, etc.
Experience and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Experience with editing HTML forms and templates required.
- Knowledge of transactional email software e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor required.
- Prior work experience administering CRM systems required. SugarCRM/SuiteCRM preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, have excellent written and oral communications skills, as well as strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize workload, exercise independent judgment when necessary and solve problems quickly.

- An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end.
Pay transparency
$40-$50 per hour and is dependent on skills and experience.
