Job Description

We are actively looking for a GitLab Enterprise Migration Specialist with hands-on experience in migrating from CloudBees. This is a unique opportunity to work on a niche and highly impactful project. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, and enterprise-level migration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the migration of CI/CD pipelines and repositories from CloudBees to GitLab Enterprise.
• Design migration architecture and roadmap with minimal downtime and risk.
• Perform pre-migration audits and assess compatibility issues.
• Automate and validate migration tasks using scripting or DevOps tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align goals and dependencies.
• Provide post-migration support, performance tuning, and documentation.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD toolchains, and infrastructure automation.
• Proven expertise in GitLab Enterprise and CloudBees Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of pipeline scripting, version control, and repository management.
• Experience in scripting languages like Shell, Bash, Python, or Groovy.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
