Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in the healthcare sector, specializing in Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management (PM), and SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, manage integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and CRM platforms (Dynamics, HubSpot, Sitecore) to drive data-driven decision-making. The candidate will also work with UX/UI teams, Agile project managers, and global stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities:Business & Data Analysis: Analyze EHR, PM, and SaaS systems to identify improvement opportunities. Perform data analysis using SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake to drive business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to extract, read, and interpret business logic from SQL queries, .NET code, and APIs. Process Optimization & Integration: Ensure seamless integration of business units like Amazing Charts, Medfx, DDC, and DGI. Optimize workflows for healthcare software, improving efficiency and compliance. Work closely with international clients to customize solutions based on regional regulations. Agile & Project Management: Participate in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement using JIRA. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely project delivery. UX/UI & Product Strategy: Work with UX/UI designers to create wireframes and user-centric workflows. Contribute to product design, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Revenue & Market Strategy: Develop annual pricing strategies and product forecasts. Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance SaaS healthcare solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field. ✔ Experience: 3+ years in a Business Analyst role within the healthcare, SaaS, or EHR industry. ✔ Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake. Experience with CRM platforms like Dynamics, HubSpot, and Sitecore. Familiarity with APIs, .NET code, and business logic interpretation. ✔ Agile & Collaboration: Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills for global team collaboration.
