IT Business Analyst - Lead

To act as subject matter expert and provide domain or tool/technology specific expertise across multiple applications To contribute and participate in IT studies. To provide end to end support for implementation of the solution Review and delivery of functional documents and system design – operational procedures, logical data model, functional architecture for multiple tools and technologies. Suggest and implement functional solutions for the requirements transversally. Analyse quality of service and suggest improvements Provide technical support during UAT and go live Use defect tracking system and follow resolution of defects Level 3 support to production issues for assigned applications within defined SLA Follow Agile/SAFE processes Support regression and integration testing Coach team members on functional and business knowledge of application(s)
