Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle ZDLRA Trainer at our Mysore location. The Oracle ZDLRA Trainer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end functional and technical training on Oracle ZDLRA. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering training modules, designing practical exercises, evaluating learners’ performance, and staying updated with advancements in Oracle technologies. The trainer will also provide continuous guidance to learners, address their queries, and ensure effective knowledge transfer in a corporate setting.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Information Technology and Software Development
- Expertise in Teaching, Training, and Lecturing, particularly in corporate and technical environments
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ZDLRA and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A background in curriculum design and the development of training materials
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
- Relevant certifications in Oracle or related technologies are preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and tailor training to varied levels of expertise
