Job details:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
o 5–10 years of functional support experience in OTM and Strong hands‑on expertise
in Shipment planning, Tendering and communication, Rate Management, Execution &
Tracking, Freight Payment.
Ability to perform RCA and functional troubleshooting independently.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Experience working in a 24x7 or enterprise support environment
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and escalate issues effectively.
Knowledge is ITIL is must.
