We are expanding our India team and building a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad.
Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced Oracle SCM / EBS Consultants who are passionate about solving real-world supply chain problems—not just closing tickets.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work across product development (MES) and professional services, contributing to innovative, next-generation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work on Oracle SCM / EBS implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate on RFgen MES product integrations with Oracle ERP
- Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment
- Engage in pre-sales activities, demos, and customer discussions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Optimize warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing workflows
- Ensure high-quality delivery within defined timelines
- Work closely with global teams (US leadership, customers, partners)
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM and/or EBS
- Strong understanding of:
- Inventory
- Warehouse Management
- Order Management
- Manufacturing / Supply Chain processes
- Functional or techno-functional expertise
- Experience in implementations, support, or rollouts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Good to Have- Experience with mobile supply chain solutions / MES systems
- Exposure to integration tools / APIs
- Experience working with global customers
- Pre-sales or client-facing experience
