Job Description:
· Strong experience as a Technical SME in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications implementations across modules such as FIN, SCM, HCM, and PPM.
· Provide technical expertise and solution guidance for Oracle Cloud integrations, reports, conversions, extensions, and customizations.
· Hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Cloud technical architecture.
· Work closely with onsite SMEs, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
· Review and validate technical design documents, integration specifications, and development deliverables.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development teams during implementation and testing phases.
· Design and support inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems.
· Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare activities including troubleshooting and defect resolution.
· Strong experience in data migration, reporting, interface development, and technical troubleshooting.
· Ensure Oracle Cloud best practices, coding standards, security compliance, and performance optimization are followed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end integrated business process solutions.
· Experience in technical estimation, impact analysis, solution reviews, and risk assessment.
· Support environment migration activities, release management, and deployment coordination.
· Exposure to MEA implementation projects and localization requirements will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and offshore-onsite coordination skills are mandatory.
