Job Description:
- Strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications technical components across Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as FIN, SCM, HCM, and PPM.
- Lead technical design, development, and deployment activities for Oracle Cloud integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Cloud reporting tools.
- Work closely with onsite SMEs, functional consultants, and business users to understand technical requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
- Design and develop inbound/outbound integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems using OIC and web services.
- Lead offshore technical team and ensure timely delivery of development objects, testing support, and deployment activities.
- Strong experience in developing custom reports, dashboards, interfaces, data migration objects, and technical enhancements.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including SIT, UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, and defect resolution.
- Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD), integration specifications, deployment documents, and technical architecture diagrams.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for Oracle Cloud applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, SCM, HCM, and PPM modules for integrated business process solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and project governance.
- Experience in security setup, role management, and Oracle Cloud environment migration activities is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams in an offshore-onsite delivery model.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and coordination skills are mandatory.
