Position Overview
Trinamix is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead Architect (OIC / BIP) to join our growing Oracle Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Fusion integrations, and enterprise technical architecture.
In this role, you will lead the technical design, development, integration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams. You will play a critical role in defining scalable architectures and delivering high-quality Oracle Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Oracle Cloud solutions based on client business requirements.
- Design, develop, and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop and maintain reports and documents using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead Fusion Cloud integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and deployment activities.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and architecture best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues.
- Develop technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies, features, and industry best practices.
- Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and project governance meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- OTBI
- Oracle Fusion Applications
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud integrations, web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based integrations.
- Experience in technical architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX Cloud modules.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and reporting technologies.
- Experience with data migration and middleware integration frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and enterprise implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
