Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Oracle Technical Financial Consultant to join our team on-site in Thanjavur. The role involves analyzing business requirements, providing technical solutions, and implementing Oracle Financials modules. Responsibilities include designing and developing technical specifications, building and testing Oracle Financials extensions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational and project-specific standards. You will also troubleshoot and resolve system issues while improving financial reporting and integration processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools (e.g., PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow).
  • Experience with technical documentation, system configuration, and creating accurate functional and technical specifications.
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities related to Oracle Financials.
  • Familiarity with implementation methodologies, integration approaches, and system upgrades.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL, performance tuning, and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage.
