Technical Analyst 1 – Support

Provide technical support for internal tools and applications. Monitor system/application alarms proactively using ITIL best practices. Investigate, analyze, resolve, or escalate incidents and service requests. Manage work queues in alignment with SLAs. Diagnose tool/application performance issues. Troubleshoot by analyzing logs, querying SQL tables, and updating database fields. Collaborate with internal teams and second-level support for complex issues.
