About the role

As a Systems Analyst 3 - Support, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex IT incidents, problems, and changes across the entire Oracle IT infrastructure, which includes servers, databases, applications, and network devices. You will partner with the Global Service Desk and cross-functional teams to ensure timely restoration of services and minimize business impact. In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage incidents and changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
