We are seeking EDI Integration Specialists with strong hands-on experience in Oracle

Integration Cloud (OIC) and Cleo to support a large-scale, multi-customer EDI implementation.

The resource will work closely with internal support teams and the Byrne team, driving

end-to-end EDI integrations involving WMS and Oracle Fusion systems.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in data extraction, transformation, orchestration,

and partner transmission using OIC and Cleo.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and support EDI integrations for multiple customers

· Extract transactional data from WMS and Oracle Fusion applications

· Must know EDI process and methodology and OCI techno functional Savy

· Transform and orchestrate data flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

· Integrate OIC flows with Cleo for EDI document processing and customer transmission

· Configure and manage EDI maps, trading partner setups, and communication protocols

in Cleo

· Support inbound and outbound EDI flows (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, etc.)

Collaborate closely with:

· Customer Internal support teams

· Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve EDI and integration issues across environments

· Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with customer EDI requirements

· Support testing cycles including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and UAT

· Provide documentation for integrations, mappings, and operational support

Technical Skills – Mandatory

· Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

· Integrations, Lookups, Packages

· File Server (OIC Gen2), REST/SOAP adapters

· Error handling and tracking

· Cleo Integration Platform

· Cleo Harmony / VLTrader / Clarify (any)

· EDI mapping, trading partner configuration

· Protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP/S, OFTP

· EDI Standards

· ANSI X12 (850, 855, 856, 810, etc.)

· Basic EDIFACT knowledge is a plus

· Enterprise Systems

· Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

· Oracle Fusion (SCM / ERP preferred)

· Data Formats

· XML, JSON, Flat files, CSV

Nice to Have / Preferred

Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM / ERP integrations

Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations

Experience supporting production EDI environments

Familiarity with ITIL / support models

Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously

Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced integration environment
