Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle EBS modules and strong domain knowledge in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules such as:
Work in Process (WIP)
Bills of Material (BOM)
Inventory
Costing
Quality
Provide subject matter expertise across manufacturing processes for both production support and project implementations
Define and enforce best practices for Oracle EBS configurations and customizations
Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture and business standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
Oversee integration with other Oracle modules such as Supply Chain (SCM) and Finance
Provide recommendations for improving business processes and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain solution architecture documents, technical documentation, and roadmaps
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing, Quality)
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and data model
Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS systems
Strong functional knowledge of:
Discrete Manufacturing
Production Scheduling
Shop Floor Control
Experience in integrating EBS with SCM, Finance, and external systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Strong SQL knowledge
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
