Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Delivery Lead – Oracle Cloud GRC to lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle security programs across Fusion FIN, HCM, and SCM environments.
This role will focus on Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules, role design, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, ensuring robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Security & GRC programs
- Manage and mentor a team of cloud security administrators
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion security architecture
- Configure and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access controls
- Work on Oracle RMC modules:
- Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
- Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
- Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)
- Define and implement custom roles and role hierarchies
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks
- Drive audits, compliance assessments, and risk management initiatives
- Develop incident response and security governance frameworks
- Collaborate with Oracle support to resolve complex issues
Must-Have Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 7+ years in Oracle Cloud Security / GRC / RMC
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion FIN / HCM / SCM security
- Role design and customization
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Risk Management Cloud (AAC, AFC, FRC)
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity governance and access management
- Oracle ERP architecture
- Experience in:
- Design documentation
- Unit testing
- Troubleshooting complex Oracle security issues
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Advanced HCM Controls
- Agile methodology exposure
- Oracle RMC certifications
