Description:
• Total 5+ years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud and Redwood
• The candidate must have experience in implementing Oracle Sales Cloud modules for at least two customers
• Experience in Redwood CX Sales modules Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity
• Experience in Oracle sales cloud extensibility, Data File Import & Export and Integration concepts,VBCS
• Experience should include – Requirements Gathering, conducting CRPs, Configuration, Testing and Training
• Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel
• Willingness to engage with different team members working across the globe
• Ability to balance self-sufficiency with asking for help/information.
• Customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment
Please Note, We are looking for Profiles on Sales Cloud but not the SCM cloud.
