Job Description:
Oracle SaaS Security Administrator will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security controls across Oracle SaaS applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related services. The role ensures SaaS deployments comply with organizational security policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Security Assessment Review • Conduct security reviews of Oracle SaaS applications and configurations. • Validate settings against Oracle security best practices and compliance frameworks. • Identify gaps and recommend remediation strategies for SaaS environments. Application Security • Review security configurations for Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM). • Ensure proper implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD). • Validate encryption, auditing, and patching processes. Identity Access Management • Manage IAM policies for SaaS applications ensuring least privilege. • Validate user provisioning, dynamic roles, and service accounts. Governance Automation • Define security guardrails for SaaS deployments using policies and tagging. • Automate security checks using tools like Oracle Security Console, scripts, and APIs. Collaboration Advisory • Work with functional teams to embed security in SaaS solution design. • Provide guidance during migrations and new SaaS deployments. ________________________________________ Required Skills Qualifications Technical Expertise • Deep knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM) and OIC. • Strong understanding of SaaS security, RBAC, SoD, and API protection. • Proficiency in Oracle-native security tools and automation (Security Console, scripts). Certifications • Oracle Fusion Security Implementation Specialist (preferred). Experience • 10+ years in IT security, with at least 3 years in SaaS application security. • Hands-on experience in reviewing and securing Oracle SaaS environments. Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
