🧠 Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail ORSIM/SIOCS Functional Consultant (SME) to lead and deliver complex store inventory management projects for global clients. This role includes an exciting opportunity to work onsite with clients in Australia.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional workshops and requirement gathering sessions
Act as ORSIM/SIOCS Functional Consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Functionally lead ORSIM/SIOCS implementations of varying complexity
Design, estimate, and develop functional specifications
Assess impact of system changes and ensure smooth integration
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities
Coordinate with onsite leads and clients for daily project execution
Train and mentor team members
🔹 Required Qualifications
BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent
🔹 Experience & Skills
10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Oracle Retail (ORSIM/SIOCS)
Cloud experience is mandatory
Strong expertise in Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (ORSIM)
Hands-on experience in configuration and customization
Strong understanding of ORSIM architecture and data model
Experience in 2–3 end-to-end store implementations
Knowledge of integrations (Oracle Retail & non-Oracle systems)
Experience with BI Publisher (reporting and integration)
Ability to create functional and configuration documents
Strong client interaction and communication skills
Self-driven and able to work independently
✈️ Travel Requirement
Mandatory short-term travel to Australia (2–3 months, based on project phase)
Travel will be aligned with project needs (implementation / go-live phase)
Candidate should be open to international client-facing work
