Role Description
The ORACLE R12 EBS Lead Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the implementation, rollout, and maintenance of Oracle R12 EBS systems, driving product roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing EBS modules, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards. The role also demands stakeholder communication, risk management, and continuous improvement of Oracle EBS solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Oracle R12 EBS modules, including implementation, configuration, upgrade, and support expertise
- Strong skills in Product Management, including defining roadmaps, managing timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical solutions
- Knowledge of cross-functional team management and project lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with IT Service Management principles and managed services frameworks
- Experience with financial, supply chain, or HR modules within Oracle EBS is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or certifications in Oracle EBS or Product Management is advantageous
