We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Projects (PPM/EBS) Functional Lead to own full‑cycle implementations and support initiatives across Oracle EBS R12.1.x and/or Oracle Cloud Projects. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and the ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle EBS (R12.1.x) or Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM), including:
- Project Costing, Billing & Contracts
- Capital Asset Management
- Revenue Recognition
- Grants, Time & Labor integrations
- Serve as the functional SME, conducting FIT/GAP analysis, driving workshops, configuring modules, and managing all testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT).
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance (GL/AP/AR), Procurement (PO), Fixed Assets, and SLA.
- Prepare and review:
- Functional Design Documents
- RICEFW specifications
- Test scripts & plans
- Data conversion strategies
- User training content and documentation
- Support go‑live activities and provide post‑production troubleshooting, stabilization, and user training.
- Collaborate with technical teams on custom interfaces, reports, analytics, and data migration deliverables.
Required Skills :
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Project Accounting (EBS R12 and/or Cloud PPM).
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Contract Projects
- Cost allocation, asset capitalization, and revenue processes
- Expertise in FIT/GAP analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
- Excellent communication, workshop leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Waterfall & Agile) methodologies.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
