Job Title: Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant
Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Remote
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant with strong implementation and support experience in Oracle ERP (Fusion Cloud).
The ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise across Purchasing, Payables, Procurement Contracts, Asset Management, and Supplier Management, along with strong experience collaborating with global stakeholders.
This role requires hands-on functional configuration, business process mapping, and end-to-end P2P transformation support.
Responsibilities
Functional Delivery
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle P2P modules
- Configure modules including:
- Purchasing
- Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
- Payables (AP)
- Procurement Contracts
- Supplier Qualification & Registration
- Conduct business process workshops and gather requirements
- Perform current state vs future state process mapping
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts
- Support SIT, UAT, and production go-live
- Provide post-go-live hypercare support
Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance (GL, Cash Management), SCM, Projects, and Inventory teams
- Coordinate with technical teams for:
- Reports
- Data conversions
- Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Personalizations and extensions
- Configure 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
- Support invoice automation and approval workflows
Support & Optimization
- Provide L2/L3 production support
- Troubleshoot functional issues in procurement processes
- Identify automation and process optimization opportunities
- Support patch testing and quarterly Oracle Fusion updates
Documentation & Governance
- Prepare process documentation and SOPs
- Support SOX compliance and internal audits
- Participate in change management and user training
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Oracle ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred, EBS acceptable)
- 3–5 years hands-on experience in P2P module implementation
- Strong understanding of:
- Requisition to Purchase Order lifecycle
- Invoice matching & payment processing
- Supplier lifecycle management
- Procurement approvals & workflows
- Experience in minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations
- Strong functional configuration expertise
- Experience working with global clients (US / UK preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / Financials Certification
- Experience with:
- Redwood Self Service Procurement
- Invoice Imaging / OCR integrations
- RPA or automation tools
- BI Publisher / OTBI reporting
- AI-enabled invoice processing
- Exposure to Agile delivery models
Technical Knowledge
- Oracle Fusion Procurement & Payables setup
- Approval Management Engine (AME)
- BPM workflows
- FBDI / ADFDI uploads
- Basic knowledge of:
- SQL
- REST / SOAP integrations
- Security roles and data access
