Job Title: Oracle Primavera P6 Lead

🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Primavera P6 Lead with strong experience in end-to-end implementation and project controls. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 EPPM, stakeholder management, and leading large-scale project scheduling initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Primavera P6
- Manage project scheduling, planning, and control using P6
- Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and forecasts
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and risk assessments
- Handle resource planning, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
- Ensure adherence to project controls and cost management best practices
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
✅ Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera P6 (EPPM)
- Led at least 2 end-to-end Primavera P6 implementations
- Expertise in EPS, OBS, WBS, user roles, and admin configurations
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost controls
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
➕ Good-to-Have
- Experience with P6 Reporting, BI Publisher, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Exposure to Primavera Analytics and Gateway
- Knowledge of WebLogic, Oracle DB / MS SQL
- Familiarity with PL/SQL, OBIEE, Linux
- Basic Java/programming background
