Oracle Payroll Lead – Global Payroll (USA, LATAM, UK & France)
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Remote
We are actively looking for a seasoned Oracle Payroll Lead for a large-scale global Oracle HCM/Payroll implementation program.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll
✔️ Strong expertise in USA, LATAM, UK & France Payroll
✔️ Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations
✔️ Deep understanding of global payroll compliance, taxation & statutory requirements
✔️ Experience across end-to-end implementation, SIT, UAT, deployment & hypercare
✔️ Ability to work in a client-facing offshore delivery model
* Lead global payroll implementation across multiple regions
* Drive requirement gathering, solution design & configuration
* Ensure compliance with regional payroll regulations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical & integration)
* Support testing phases and post-go-live activities
* Engage with stakeholders and lead client discussions
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Oracle Fast Formula, HDL, Payroll Flows, HCM Extracts
* Exposure to global transformation programs
* Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience
