Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle OTM Cloud Analyst with working experience in Oracle GTM. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing logistics, trade compliance, and order fulfillment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle OTM Cloud (primary focus)
- Provide functional support for Oracle GTM Cloud (secondary)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions
- Work with business, IT, and middleware teams to resolve issues
- Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and external systems
- Handle day-to-day support, incidents, and enhancements
- Assist in testing activities (SIT/UAT) and production releases
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and SOPs
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in OTM/GTM functional roles
- Strong experience with Oracle OTM Cloud
- Working knowledge of Oracle GTM Cloud
- Experience with API, EDI, and system integrations
- Good understanding of logistics, supply chain, and trade compliance processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP and Master Data (Customer/Material)
- Knowledge of global trade and compliance workflows
