Roles & responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead functional workshops, define requirements, configure Oracle Fusion/EBS modules (OM, AR, Billing, Shipping), and manage end-to-end OTC processes.
- System Enhancement & Support: Analyze and resolve complex production incidents within SLA, provide post-go-live operational support, and implement DevOps practices.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain custom extensions using PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, Workflows, and XML Publisher.
- Integration & Testing: Manage integrations with upstream order capture and downstream finance systems, perform GAP analysis, functional testing, and user training.
- Reporting: Create reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, or OBIEE to support revenue recognition and month-end close processes.
