Job Description:
- Oversee and process complete master data requests for Oracle Financial Master Data, starting from initial evaluation and validation within the Finance workflow to final completion in Informatica MDM Reference 360
- Handle SAP Financial Master Data activities end-to-end, covering General Ledger Accounts, Cost Centers, and Profit Centers, ensuring smooth processing from request initiation through closure in Informatica MDM Reference 360
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial master data by validating attributes against defined governance standards
- Create Excel-based Informatica data load templates for senior team members and independently execute data uploads after acquiring required proficiency
- Conduct continuous analysis of master data, perform quality validations, and resolve issues across various data domains
- Effectively communicate updates on requests and data-related concerns with requestors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
- Contribute to initiatives, enhancements, and projects related to master data management as required
- Take part in workflow validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and continuous process improvement efforts
- Maintain proper documentation while strictly adhering to established data governance policies and procedures
- Work in a highly detail-oriented, hands-on data processing environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end master data requests, primarily supporting Oracle Financial Master Data, including:
- Initial request review
- Validation within Finance Master Data Workflow
- Follow-through to final closure in Informatica MDM Reference 360
- Handle master data requests for SAP Financial Master Data, including:
- General Ledger Accounts
- Profit Centers
- Cost Centers
- Managing requests from initiation through closure in Informatica MDM Reference 360
- Validate financial master data attributes to ensure:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Compliance with governance standards
- Prepare Informatica master data load files in Excel for team uploads
- Execute data loads independently after gaining proficiency
- Perform ongoing master data:
- Analysis
- Quality checks
- Issue resolution across multiple data domains
- Communicate request status and data issues effectively with:
- Requestors
- SMEs
- Stakeholders
- Support master data-related:
- Projects
- Enhancements
- Initiatives as required
- Participate in:
- Workflow testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Process improvements
- Maintain documentation and adhere to established data governance procedures
