Role: Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) CNC Resource-Application Upgrade Specialist
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kochi, Trivandrum, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Administration
- Manage and administer Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) 9.2 environments
- Perform ESU / ASU installations and Tools Release upgrades (Rel 26)
- Handle Package Builds & Deployments using Change Assistant and Server Manager
- Manage multiple environments including DV, PY, and PD
- Support OMW (Object Management Workbench) activities
- Upgrade & Migration Expertise
- Execute end-to-end E1 application upgrades (9.2.6.x to Rel 26)
- Perform upgrade impact analysis and retrofitting
- Install and configure new language packs
- Plan and execute Tools Release upgrades
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Follow CNC upgrade methodologies and best practices
CNC Administration
- Installation and configuration of E1 components
- Troubleshoot performance and environment-related issues
- Configure security, roles, and user access
- Manage CNC architecture and environment setup
- Middleware & Infrastructure
- Oracle WebLogic Server installation, configuration, and upgrades
- Application server tuning and administration
- Support Linux/Unix/Windows server environments
- Handle infrastructure and middleware integration
- Database & Technical Support
- Oracle Database administration support
- Backup/recovery and database patching activities
- SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Ensure database compatibility during upgrades
Testing & Deployment
- Perform upgrade validation and smoke testing
- Support UAT and production deployments
- Plan and execute cutover activities
- Prepare deployment and rollback strategies
- Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare upgrade runbooks and technical documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Support release management activities
- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution
